Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TN Exam Smart Quiz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

Failure to achieve desired exam scores or results

Any damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination:

Your quiz data may be retained for up to 30 days before deletion

No refunds will be issued for unused subscription time
